500g Pork Strips
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Cornflour
1 Egg, beaten
Oil for frying
For sauce: 3 tbsp Ketchup, 2 tbsp Vinegar, 2 tbsp Sugar, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 100ml Pineapple Juice

🔥 How to Cook Sweet & Sour Pork
1️⃣ Prep pork – Coat pork strips in egg, then cornflour.
2️⃣ Fry – Shallow-fry in oil until crisp, then drain on paper towel.
3️⃣ Cook veg – In a clean pan, stir-fry peppers and onions until just tender.
4️⃣ Sauce – Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour into veg. Simmer until slightly thickened.
5️⃣ Combine – Add pork back in and coat well.
6️⃣ Serve – Hot, with steamed rice or noodles.
