We’re now proud to offer UK Mainland Next Day Delivery for just £12. To receive your order the next day, simply place your order before midday Monday to Thursday. Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday, with tracking information provided so you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way. This service is available for all UK Mainland addresses outside our local Glasgow delivery area.

For Glasgow and the surrounding areas – we deliver every Thursday and Saturday at a cost of £3.50, or FREE when you spend over £50.

UK Mainland
UK Mainland delivery is available on select products. We deliver Tuesday-Friday and can offer next day delivery on these days for orders placed before midday. (Orders placed after midday on Thursdays will be processed for delivery the following Tuesday.)

Invoices are automatically generated by the website once you complete your order.  If the invoice is not in your inbox please check your junk mail folder.

Our delivery driver will create his route on the morning of each delivery day to try ensure that each delivery is made promptly and in some sort of order from the store. If you would like more of an estimate on the day, please telephone one of our stores.

UK Mainland
UK Mainland deliveries are dispatched via courier and typically arrive within 2-3 working days.

Yes! You can place your order online and choose to pick-up your order at either our stores at a timeslot that suits you. Pick-up days are usually from 48hrs and can be selected at the checkout stage of your order.

We pride ourselves that all of our butchers are some of the friendliest you will ever meet. No question is too silly, and we are always on hand to offer our expert advice and tips. We know that many people are unfamiliar with coming into a butchers, and it can be daunting trying to order in pounds or kilos if you have never done this. Pop in for a chat and we’ll help in every way we can.

Of course! If you’d prefer to talk to one of our butchers over the phone we’ll happily take your call to arrange your store pick-up.

If our courier tries to deliver to you and you are not home they will leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. Should this option not be possible they will try to deliver the next day. Should this again not be possible then the item would likely be destroyed by the courier as it is perishable goods and no refund option would be given.
