6 Butcher’s Pork Sausages
1 Onion, sliced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 Red Pepper, sliced
1 tin Chopped Tomatoes (400g)
1 tin Cannellini or Butter Beans
1 tbsp Tomato Purée
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Dried Thyme
Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp Olive Oil

🔥 How to Cook Pork Sausage Casserole
1️⃣ Brown sausages – In a casserole dish, brown sausages and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook veg – Sauté onion, garlic, and pepper until soft.
