  • 1.5kg Pork Loin Joint (with rind)
    2 tsp Sea Salt
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
    1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
    Black Pepper

🔥 How to Cook Roast Pork Loin
1️⃣ Prep crackling – Pat skin dry, score deeply, and rub with salt. Let sit uncovered for 1 hour.
2️⃣ Season – Rub with oil, rosemary, garlic, and pepper.
3️⃣ Roast – Preheat oven to 220°C and roast for 30 minutes, then reduce to 180°C and roast for 1 hour.
4️⃣ Rest – Remove and rest under foil for 15 minutes.
