2 Butcher’s Chicken Fillets
100g Butter, softened
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Salt & Pepper
50g Plain Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
100g Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Oil

🔥 How to Cook the Perfect Chicken Kiev
1️⃣ Make garlic butter – Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and season. Roll into a log and chill.
2️⃣ Prep chicken – Cut a pocket into each fillet and stuff with a piece of chilled garlic butter.
3️⃣ Bread – Coat in flour, dip in egg, then breadcrumbs. Chill for 30 mins to firm up.
4️⃣ Cook – Fry in a little oil until golden on both sides, then bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
5️⃣ Serve – Rest briefly, then cut open to reveal the butter.
