500g Stewing Lamb – ASK TO MINCE AT CHECKOUT
1 Small Onion, grated
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Salt & Pepper
To serve: Flatbreads, Lettuce, Tomatoes
Yoghurt Dip: 150g Greek Yoghurt, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Mint
🔥 How to Cook Lamb Koftas
1️⃣ Mix – Combine lamb, onion, garlic, spices, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2️⃣ Shape – Form into sausage shapes around skewers or shape into patties.
3️⃣ Chill – Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
4️⃣ Cook – Grill, pan-fry, or BBQ for 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
5️⃣ Serve – On warm flatbreads with salad and yoghurt dip.
