1 Whole Butcher’s Chicken
1 Lemon, halved
1 Onion, quartered
2 Garlic Cloves
A Few Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
Salt & Pepper
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
🔥 How to Cook the Perfect Roast Chicken
1️⃣ Prep – Stuff the cavity with lemon, onion, garlic, and thyme.
2️⃣ Season – Rub skin with butter and oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Roast – Place in a preheated oven at 190°C for 1hr 20mins (or until juices run clear).
