  • 2 Sirloin Steaks

  • Crushed Black Peppercorns

  • Sea Salt

  • 1 tbsp Oil

  • For the sauce: 2 tbsp Brandy (optional), 150ml Double Cream, 1 tsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Crushed Peppercorns

🔥 How to Cook the Perfect Sirloin
1️⃣ Prep the steaks – Pat dry, then press pepper and salt into both sides.
2️⃣ Sear – Heat oil until smoking hot. Sear steaks 2–3 mins per side.
3️⃣ Rest – Remove from pan and rest steaks under foil.
4️⃣ Make sauce – Deglaze pan with brandy, add cream, mustard and pepper. Simmer gently.
5️⃣ Serve – Slice steak if preferred and spoon sauce over.
