  • 2 Butcher’s Chicken Fillets, sliced

    200g Mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 1 Onion, finely chopped

  • 300ml Double Cream

  • 100ml Chicken Stock

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Thyme

  • Salt & Black Pepper

  • 300g Penne or Tagliatelle

  • Fresh Parsley & Parmesan to serve

👨‍🍳 How to Make Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Pasta

1️⃣ Sauté onion, garlic & mushrooms in olive oil.
2️⃣ Add chicken slices and cook until golden.
3️⃣ Pour in cream, stock, thyme, salt & pepper. Simmer for 10 mins.
4️⃣ Boil pasta until al dente, then toss into the sauce.
5️⃣ Serve with parsley and Parmesan.
