2 Butcher’s Chicken Fillets, sliced
200g Mushrooms, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Onion, finely chopped
300ml Double Cream
100ml Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Thyme
Salt & Black Pepper
300g Penne or Tagliatelle
Fresh Parsley & Parmesan to serve
👨🍳 How to Make Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Pasta
1️⃣ Sauté onion, garlic & mushrooms in olive oil.
2️⃣ Add chicken slices and cook until golden.
3️⃣ Pour in cream, stock, thyme, salt & pepper. Simmer for 10 mins.
4️⃣ Boil pasta until al dente, then toss into the sauce.
5️⃣ Serve with parsley and Parmesan.
