500g Steak Mince
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Carrots, finely chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced
500ml Beef Stock
1 tbsp Tomato Purée
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Black Pepper
1 tbsp Plain Flour
For the tatties: 800g Potatoes, Butter, Milk

🔥 How to Cook Mince & Tatties
1️⃣ Sauté onion & carrot – In a large pan, cook onion and carrot in a little oil until soft.
2️⃣ Brown the mince – Add steak mince and cook until browned.
3️⃣ Add flavour – Stir in garlic, flour, tomato purée, and Worcestershire sauce.
4️⃣ Simmer – Add stock, season, and simmer gently for 30 minutes until rich.
5️⃣ Make the tatties – Boil potatoes, mash with butter and milk.
6️⃣ Serve – Spoon mince over mash and enjoy hot.
