300g Butcher’s Corned Beef, chopped
1 Onion, diced
500g Potatoes, diced
1 tbsp Butter or Dripping
Salt & Black Pepper
1 Egg per person (optional, for frying)

🔥 How to Cook Corned Beef Hash
1️⃣ Boil potatoes – Until just tender. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Fry onion – Sauté onion in butter until soft.
3️⃣ Add potatoes – Add potatoes to the pan and fry until crisp.
4️⃣ Stir in corned beef – Cook for 5 minutes, stirring gently.
