500g Stewing Lamb – ASK TO BE MINCED AT CHECKOUT
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley or Mint, chopped
Salt & Pepper
1 Egg
1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

For the sauce:
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 tbsp Tomato Purée
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
Salt & Pepper

🔥 How to Cook Lamb Meatballs
1️⃣ Mix – Combine lamb with garlic, spices, herbs, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Roll – Shape into small meatballs and chill for 20 minutes.
3️⃣ Brown – Fry meatballs in batches until golden. Remove.
4️⃣ Sauce – Sauté onion and garlic, add purée, tomatoes, sugar and cinnamon. Simmer 10 mins.
5️⃣ Combine – Return meatballs to pan, simmer gently for 20 minutes.
6️⃣ Serve – Garnish with herbs.
