  • 1 Rack of Lamb (French-trimmed)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs (optional)

👨‍🍳 How to Cook Herb-Crusted Lamb

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C.
2️⃣ Mix mustard, garlic, herbs, oil, and breadcrumbs.
3️⃣ Season lamb and spread crust mixture over top.
4️⃣ Roast for 20–25 minutes for medium-rare.
5️⃣ Rest for 10 minutes, then carve.
