500g Stewing Lamb – ASK TO MINCE AT CHECKOUT
1 Onion, diced
2 Carrots, diced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tbsp Tomato Purée
250ml Lamb Stock
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dried Thyme
Salt & Pepper
For the mash: 750g Potatoes, 50g Butter, 75ml Milk

🔥 How to Cook the Perfect Shepherd’s Pie
1️⃣ Cook mince – Brown lamb in a hot pan and remove.
2️⃣ Cook veg – Sauté onion, carrot, and garlic until soft.
3️⃣ Combine – Add lamb back in with purée, stock, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Simmer 20 mins.
4️⃣ Make mash – Boil and mash potatoes with butter and milk.
5️⃣ Assemble – Layer lamb in a baking dish, top with mash.
6️⃣ Bake – 200°C for 25 minutes until golden.
7️⃣ Serve – Let sit 5 minutes before dishing out.
