  • 500g Premium Steak Mince

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • 2 Carrots, diced

  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp Tomato Purée

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 250ml Beef Stock

  • 1 tsp Thyme

  • Salt & Pepper

  • For the mash: 750g Potatoes, 50g Butter, 75ml Milk

🔥 How to Cook the Perfect Cottage Pie
1️⃣ Cook mince – Brown mince in a hot pan, then remove.
2️⃣ Cook veg – In the same pan, sauté onion, carrot, garlic.
3️⃣ Combine – Add mince back in with purée, stock, thyme, and Worcestershire. Simmer 20 mins.
4️⃣ Make mash – Boil and mash potatoes with butter and milk.
5️⃣ Assemble – Spoon mince into an oven dish, top with mash.
6️⃣ Bake – Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes or until golden on top.
7️⃣ Serve – Spoon out generous portions and enjoy.
