500g Steak Mince
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 tbsp Tomato Purée
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tin Red Kidney Beans, drained
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Chilli Powder (to taste)
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Sugar
Olive Oil
Fresh Coriander, Sour Cream, Cheese (optional)

🔥 How to Cook Chilli Con Carne
1️⃣ Sauté – Cook onion, garlic and pepper in oil until soft.
2️⃣ Brown mince – Add mince and cook until browned.
3️⃣ Add spice – Stir in tomato purée, cumin, paprika, cinnamon and chilli.
4️⃣ Simmer – Add tomatoes, beans, sugar and seasoning. Simmer 30–40 mins.
5️⃣ Taste – Adjust heat to preference.
6️⃣ Serve – Spoon over rice or jacket potato.
