2 Butcher’s Chicken Fillets
100g Butter, softened
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Salt & Pepper
Flour, Egg & Breadcrumbs for coating
Oil for frying

🔥 How to Cook Chicken Kyiv
1️⃣ Make garlic butter – Mix butter, garlic, parsley and seasoning. Chill.
2️⃣ Prep chicken – Cut a pocket and stuff with butter. Chill for 30 mins.
3️⃣ Crumb – Dip in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
4️⃣ Fry – Shallow fry until golden.
5️⃣ Bake – Transfer to oven at 180°C for 15–20 mins.
6️⃣ Serve – Slice and let the butter ooze out.
