🍗 Chicken Satay – Butcher’s Chicken Strips Grilled on Skewers with Rich Peanut Sauce

500g Chicken Breast Strips
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Oil
Skewers (soaked in water)

For Peanut Sauce:
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Chilli Sauce or Paste
Warm Water to loosen

🔥 How to Cook Chicken Satay
1️⃣ Marinate – Mix garlic, soy, honey, ginger, curry powder and oil. Toss chicken and marinate 2+ hours.
2️⃣ Skewer – Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
3️⃣ Grill – Cook on BBQ, grill or hot pan 3–4 mins per side.
4️⃣ Sauce – Mix peanut sauce ingredients, adding water to desired consistency.
5️⃣ Serve – Plate with sauce on the side or drizzled over.
