500g Beef Strips or Cubes
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Oil
Wooden or Metal Skewers

For Peanut Sauce:
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Chilli Sauce
Warm Water to loosen

🔥 How to Cook Beef Satay
1️⃣ Marinate – Mix garlic, soy, honey, curry powder, ginger and oil. Toss beef in and marinate 2+ hours.
2️⃣ Skewer – Thread onto soaked skewers.
3️⃣ Grill – Grill or BBQ 2–3 mins per side.
4️⃣ Sauce – Mix peanut sauce ingredients with warm water until pourable.
5️⃣ Serve – Drizzle with or serve sauce on the side.
