500g Beef Strips
1 Onion, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
200g Mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp Flour
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
150ml Sour Cream or Crème Fraîche
100ml Beef Stock
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Salt & Pepper
Oil or Butter

🔥 How to Cook Beef Stroganoff
1️⃣ Brown beef – Sear beef strips quickly in hot pan, remove.
2️⃣ Cook onion & mushrooms – Add more oil, cook onion and mushrooms until soft.
3️⃣ Flavour – Add garlic, paprika, flour. Stir well.
4️⃣ Add liquids – Stir in stock, mustard and simmer for 5 mins.
5️⃣ Finish – Stir in sour cream, return beef to pan and warm through.
6️⃣ Serve – Don’t boil once cream is added.
