700g Diced Beef
3 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Onion, finely sliced
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
2 Green Chillies, sliced
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Ground Coriander
½ tsp Turmeric
Salt
Fresh Coriander
3 tbsp Oil
🔥 How to Cook Beef Karahi
1️⃣ Sear beef – Brown in batches, set aside.
2️⃣ Fry spices – Heat oil, add cumin seeds, then onion, garlic and ginger. Cook until golden.
3️⃣ Add tomato & spice – Add tomatoes, chillies, coriander, turmeric and cook until thick.
4️⃣ Combine – Add beef, cover and simmer on low for 1.5–2 hours until tender.
5️⃣ Finish – Stir in garam masala and fresh coriander.
6️⃣ Serve – Hot with naan or rice.
